Fukushima

The disaster occured on 11th March and it had put many people in Fukushima in despair. The currents situation is most probably worse than what we think. Because we can't see the state of the place, we ought to think the situation is not that bad.. Although we think about the situation, it's not like we can go there and see it. So to improve the situation, the govenment have engaged in making some policies. For example, they have advertised commdities produced in Fukushima- encouraging people to buy them. In that way, it stimulates the Fukushima economy and help people there to reconstruct the town. I would like to buy those to contribute to the reconstruction.

Mexico waits for me.

Well well well, what can I say... I've gotta feeling... my summer vacation is going to be absolutely fantastic!  The place in the picture is going to be where I'm going to be in September for two whole weeks! What makes it more exciting, Mayu is coming with me! I just can' wait for it. 

There we are going to do a lot of marine sports. Scuba diving, Para-sailing and beach-volley. We are also going to try some mexican food to mix in with the culture of Mexico and we are ready to take risks of bad stomach. haha. To add, we're going to see some world heritages too. This place is full of attractions and I cannot wait for myself to land on it! 

Until my trip, I'm going to work my sweat off to earn the money I need for it. Even working for it makes me feel so excited. The magic of the Caribbeans.  

A Strange Dream

It was getting late, and the kids had to get ready for bed. They were already done with their dinner and had brushed their teeth. They kissed their parents goodnight and curled in their beds under the covers.

It was a bit chilly but not too much, but Molly kept herself bundled up so that her little feet wouldn't get cold. After a while, her and her little brother steve were sound asleep.

Molly started dreaming of a beautiful green park with lots of big trees and berry bushes. She saw herself walking around with her little brother when she saw a pair of red shiny boots in the bushes. They looked sparkly new and she thought they were just the size of her cold little feet. "These boots will keep my feet warm" she thought, and when she didn't find anyone in the park she figured that they don't belong to anyone.

Molly tried the boots on and they fit perfectly! Her brother thought they looked beautiful on her. Molly stood up and started walking, but all of a sudden...

The shoe laces came undone and throught the holes, they stripped themselves off the boots and started slithering away form Molly as if they were alive.

"Wait! Stop!"

Molly shouted, but they kept on going. Molly and her brother started running after them. It was difficult for Molly to run without the shoe laces. Her brother urged her to run faster but she began to fall behind and finally stopped. They lost the shoe laces.

"Oh no, what do you do now? I even find it difficult to walk in these boots without the shoe laces."

Molly said. Then they suddenly realised that as they were running, they have entered a deep dark forest. They didn't know where it was. They were completely lost. Molly felt like crying but she didn't want her little brother to worry. She tightened her face tring not to cry and took a deep breath.

"Let's keep walking. I'm sure we will find someone who can help us."

They walked through the dark forest, then gradually they could see rays of light springing through the leaves.

"We are out of the forest! Now Let's go find those shoe laces. I wonder where they are."

Molly said. But her brother was tired and he said

"No, let's just go buy some new ones. I don't really care about them"

Molly stood in silence. She thought, 'but if we buy them, it would be too realistic! It wouldn't be a fantasy and John will be angry with me. I need to play my role in this story!' But she didn't say anything.

Opposite sex.

I often find it very difficult to communicate with the opposite sex - boys. We, girls, have completely different set of mind compared to boys.

For example, we like different things. In general, boys get very enthusiastic about sports while girls like clothes and shoes. But the world is changing. Nowadays, there are more boys who like shopping and things which are usually characteristics of girls. In Japan especially, I see them quite often and sometimes wonder if they are gay. "Are you gay? Do you wanna come out of the closet?" "No, I am not" " Yea, whatever."

Urban city

I live in an apartment with my family in Bentencho. It is a district with all the vitals packed in it. It has supermarkets, a book store, restaurants, gyms ..etc. My apartment is near the train station, so there is no need for me to rush in the morning trying to catch a train. Also there is a park within a small distance where I take my dog for a walk. 

  Although it has the minimum requirements for living, it is not up to a standard where we can get what we WANT, rather than what we need. For example, there aren't places where you can shop for clothes and shoes. Or, there aren't places where you can eat amazing food. 

  I like where I live because it is convenient, but I hope new shops and things come in and make it a vibrant and  more exciting place to live.

  

ZARA

           Last Wednesday, it was my first day working at ZARA. I have always had an idea of working there since I came back to Japan last summer as I heard that they are more likely to take those in who are skilled at languages. I wanted to apply for the job as soon as possible but I thought it would be a good idea to wait until I have settled into University. When I got the job, it made me very happy.

           My first day was nerve wrecking. Everyone seemed so serious and I thought they were going to bite my head off if I were to make a mistake. I went home feeling uneasy and anticipated hard work from then on. However, my second day went fairly well. I don't know if it was because I was feeling more relaxed or the employees were feeling generous but everything seemed much more bearable than the day before. 

           Although the work is tiring, I like my job very much so far. I love working at a place surrounded by all those fashionable clothes, it gives me satisfaction. I can't wait for the day to become an expert at the job!!

My favourite film

I don't have the habit to watch films often, but I do on some occasions like when I want to chill at home. My favourite at all time is the Harry potter series. Very stimulating, entertaining and easy to watch.

I am pretty sure that all of you know how the story goes but I am going to give you a brief summary. Basically, one day, this boy called Harry potter receives a letter from Hogwarts, a school of witches and wizards. He begins his first year in Hogwarts and he realises that all the witches and wizards recognise him as
the only child who survived the death spell of the dark Lord, Voldemort. Some people believd that Voldemort was dead, and some believed that he was still alive but just too weak to be in power again. During Harry's first year, Voldemort comes back posessing himself in one of the proffesors in Hogwards and tries to kill Harry. Despite of his intension, he fails to accomplish the deed. Within Harry's school life, he Voldemort many measures to defeat Harry and take over the world with threat again.
