I don't have the habit to watch films often, but I do on some occasions like when I want to chill at home. My favourite at all time is the Harry potter series. Very stimulating, entertaining and easy to watch.
I am pretty sure that all of you know how the story goes but I am going to give you a brief summary. Basically, one day, this boy called Harry potter receives a letter from Hogwarts, a school of witches and wizards. He begins his first year in Hogwarts and he realises that all the witches and wizards recognise him as
the only child who survived the death spell of the dark Lord, Voldemort. Some people believd that Voldemort was dead, and some believed that he was still alive but just too weak to be in power again. During Harry's first year, Voldemort comes back posessing himself in one of the proffesors in Hogwards and tries to kill Harry. Despite of his intension, he fails to accomplish the deed. Within Harry's school life, he Voldemort many measures to defeat Harry and take over the world with threat again.

HIV-related deaths fall in China
Summary: China introduced free anti-retroviral drugs in 2003 and within seven years, it has made a remarkable achievement - cutting deaths by more than 60% of patients. The reseachers say that "Given the size of the country and the geographical spread of individuals with HIV, China's treatment coverage is remarkable.. but it is far from the goal of complete coverage of people who meet the criteria." According to the researchers, those include men, elderly, migrants and ethnic minority groups. The earlier people are diagnosed with HIV the greater chance they will lead a longer and healthier life, so they will continue with thier reseach to prevent deaths and the spread of HIV.
Comment: I think this is brillaint! Within seven years they have achieved a lot - cutting deaths by more than 60%. This obviously shows that HIV is not a incurable disease anymore and I hope the study will continue and make the percentage up to 100! My other hope is that this free anti-retroviral drugs policy be introduced in countries such as South Africa where there are many patients of HIV. Make Earth a HIV free planet!

Wind-surfing
For anyone this week, it's Golden week. But for me or for students at Kwansei Gakuin University, we can probably say it's more like Bronze week as we only have a day off out of five week days. Oh well, life goes on. I'm not going to mumble about it.
So, instead of enjoying this week, I went wind-surfing last week-end. It was my first time and it looked easy so I thought I would be just fine. However, I was wrong. I could hardly stand on it! The must was so heavy and never mind controlling it, it took a lot of effort to even put it up to stand it up straight. When the wind was hitting the must hard, it required even more power to keep it straight up. After twenty minutes, I was knackered. But I really enjoyed it so I would like to try again.
Now, I shall proceed with my assignments to hand in this week. Yuk.
